Jay co-founded Honu Global in 2021 after a long and illustrious career as a Consultant and Senior IT Executive.   He started in “the RU Pit” and ended up as a CIO for a Fortune 500 company, who would have thunk it!  Jay is an innovator and problem solver.  He loves to express his artisanship through creating beautiful and unique items in glass, wood and metal mediums that are enjoyed by many.  His experience in craftsmanship is the accumulation of hands-on experience and through extensive travel and exposure to exotic things and places. 

Craft Brewing has a passion of Jays for over 20 year’s.  Jay loves to experiment and produce excellent beverages.  In his spare time Jay enjoys scuba diving and giving back to the community with focus on easing homelessness and providing mentorship.

Beth Blair, Artist

Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer

Beth co-founder of Honu Global brings 30 years of skills from business, entrepreneurship, coaching, and self-taught creative expression.  She is a wise and eclectic soul with a fierce eye for design and a tender-heart that listens to convey the essence of the client’s purpose.

Beth has always loved collecting and moving things around.  She attributes this to being the family’s “collector of heirlooms,” and the Feng Shui principle that any problem can be solved by moving 27 things. She is a master at staging, connecting, and envisioning.  As a mixed media artist, Beth is an abstract and intuitive painter, a beader and jewelry maker, and enjoys working with repurposed materials and wire.
